Shipping policy

Zorvia delivers exclusively to the United Kingdom (UK). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Zorvia is not liable for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.
